Free UK delivery on every order
Every Lunor order ships free to UK addresses, with tracking.
How long it takes
- Most items: 7–15 working days.
- Some items ship from a UK warehouse and arrive in 2–6 working days.
- A few larger or handmade pieces take longer. Where this applies, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page, so you know before you order.
We process orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer, especially around holidays.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
If your order is late
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the latest estimated delivery date, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into it straight away. If it still hasn't arrived 30 days after that date, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
